QUICKFIT CIRCUIT EXERCISE PROGRAM IS THE PERFECT OPTION!
Our gym’s 30 Minute QuickFit Circuit has been designed to take the guesswork out of health and fitness and give you a complete full-body workout in just 30 minutes, helping to improve overall health and fitness goals. The QuickFit circuit is great for burning body fat and building lean muscle tissue at the same time.
Our QuickFit circuit is equipped with 10 resistance machines and 10 step-up cardio stations that are numbered and timed for an easy-to-follow workout.
A traffic light is stationed above to help guide you through the workout, green means go and red means rest until the next set begins. At the completion of the exercise program, you will have completed a full upper and lower body workout along with a great cardio routine.
As a bonus, one of our One80 Fitness certified trainers will be scheduled throughout the week in the 30 Minute Quick Fit area to help answer questions and demonstrate proper usage of the circuit routine. We offer 30 Minute QuickFit Circuits at all of our gyms, including D’Iberville, Petal and Hattiesburg.
